We understand service. After 12 years in business and all the grumbles we must know something to be still here.

Importantly we are NOT just still here but we’re thriving. Good service is making sure people get what they expect and want. If you order fish and chips you are entitled to be pissed of with a plate of stew. This very rarely happens. If you booked into room 401 you will hardly ever find that you have to sleep with Sam Sproggs because of a double booking. These things don’t happen here.

Laundry, room service, taxi bookings, airline reservations, car rentals are similar exercises to the above and we have slowly but surely, against massive odds, trained our staff to not just grapple with the intricacies of these services but actually complete them in a customers satisfactory way.
