Q: How can I get to Shagwell Mansions? (Request directions)
A: You can ask the taxi driver for the Shagwell Mansions directly. In case this don't work than ask for Carrefour Supermarket. Opposite Carrefour begins Pattaya Klang Soi 1. Stright ahead 150m and you get to the Shagwell Mansions. You can consult the online Map for abetter understanding.

Q: I have made a reservation using your online sistem. What's next? How long do I have to wait till I'll get the reservation confirmation?
A: One of our operators will review your booking request and will reply to you as soon as possible, usualy within couple of hours if you've submitted the request during our working hours, if not the next day (we are working Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 22 PM).

Q: I would like to make a package reservation, including airlane ticket reservation and other options if available.
A: Shagwell Mansions through one of its parteners will manage your airticket reservation without problems. Most probably we will get a better fee for you. All you have to do is to mark this option at the moment of reservation. If you miss that you don't have to place again your request, simply contact us using our contact form. Other options (as taxi reservation, motorcycle reservation, travel oportunities...etc.) are available, please check that options at the moment of booking or contac us using our contact form.
